We provide speech therapy, occupational therapy, feeding therapy, orofacial myofunctional therapy, and language/literacy services for children from birth through young adulthood. We are looking for passionate individuals who want to provide high-quality services from birth to 21 years of age with a variety of diagnoses. Individuals wanting to specialize in feeding, myofunctional therapy , and pursue areas of specific interest such as AAC, stuttering, reading, Gestalt language processing, or higher-level executive functioning. Position Overview
Kids Abilities Indiana is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who values collaboration, creativity, and making meaningful connections with children and their families.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat pediatric speech, language, social communication, feeding, and/or literacy disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, families, physicians, and educators
- Provide family education and home programming
- Maintain timely documentation and compliance with clinic policies
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
Qualifications
For SLP Applicants:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Indiana SLP license (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
For CF Applicants:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Indiana SLP license (or eligibility)
- Eligible to complete Clinical Fellowship requirements
